Oti strives to make it as simple as possible for users to find the guidelines they are looking for. At every stage there is a comprehensive search function, which highlights relevant departments, guidelines and text within guidelines, to give the user the opportunity to find what they are looking for with as few touches as possible.

Oti allows users to download guidelines when they are in an area with wi-fi or mobile data, so they can be confident that they will be able to access important information, regardless of internet connection. Oti will automatically update downloads when users access the app with an internet connection, so there is no need to worry about accessing out of date information
BACKGROUND UPDATES AND NOTIFICATIONS
Oti gives departmental leads the ability to seamlessly update guidelines in the background. It also allows for notifications regarding important updates that you may wish to draw attention to.

As clinicians who work across multiple sites we know that every hospital has carefully formulated its own guidelines. We also know how hard it can be to navigate unfamiliar intranet sites to try and find this information. Oti allows you to sign in to multiple hospital sites and switch between them with ease, enabling you to quickly access guidelines through a familiar platform. You can even ‘favourite’ the places where you work the most.
make your searches count
Oti will keep track of user searches that do not return results; departments can view these via the portal and target the creation of guidelines where they are needed most. Oti also allows users to directly feedback to a department, to suggest a new guideline or feedback on an existing one
